C18 mainly, but earlier origin and later additions. Two storeys. Main block has
lefthand forward wing; at the rear the old part has a low eaves but a central block
rises above it, on each side of it there are lower wings. Red tile roof, hips and
gables.
Brick walling, rendered on the front but in English bond at the righthand side
gable; the high rear block is mainly stone rubble (of monastic origin?). Some early
C19 sashes, and modern casements.
