Town house, now shop. 1812. Stucco; tile roof with brick end
stacks. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Plain parapet. Late C19 or
early C20 shop front with central entrance, windows with small
upper lights, and entablature. Upper windows have sills, blind
central windows; 12-pane sashes to 1st floor, 6-pane sashes to
2nd floor. Good rainwater head to left end.
