Cottage. C17 modernised in C19 and C20. Plastered cob on stone rubble footings,
one end rebuilt in brick; brick stack topped with plastered brick; thatch roof,
slate to outshots.
2-room plan cottage facing south with left (western) end stack. The front right
corner adjoins the rear corner of Stream Cottage (q.v.). To rear are secondary 2-
storey outshots and a part of the outshots behind Stream Cottage belong to Sunnybank
Cottage. 2 storeys.
Regular but not symmetrical 2-window front of C19 casements with glazing bars.
Thatch eyebrows over the first floor windows. Doorway on right end behind C20 porch
with monopitch slate roof. Roof is hipped to right and gable ended to left. The
left end wall contains C20 casements and appears to have been rebuilt.
Interior: left room has C17 soffit-chamfered and scroll-stopped crossbeam. Roof not
inspected.
