Probably C18 but with C19 ashlar facade. Slate roof with coped gable ends and kneelers paired brackets to eaves and end chimneys. Two storeys and attic wing end. Three windows sashes with eared architraves and late C19 glazing. Victorian stone bays ground floor and door under flat bracketed stone hood. Bays have shaped parapets.
