Town house with shops. Mid/late C19. Slatehanging on studwork;
asbestos slate roof hipped on the right; modillion eaves
cornice; cast-iron ogee gutters. Deep corner site plan with
splayed corner. 3 storeys; 2-window range plus 1-window splay.
Mid/late C19 four-pane hornless sashes, paired sashes on the
left: 2nd-floor sashes within moulded architraves with moulded
sills on brackets; 1st-floor sashes between pilasters; moulded
entablature with roundels to fascia; moulded cornices as hoods
linked to moulded string; moulded sills on brackets. Ground
floor has early C20 four-light shop front with plate-glass
lights flanked by pilasters; right-hand light to splay;
central splayed doorway blocked since divided into 2 shops
with present doorways in splays; console over splayed corner;
C20 wooden fascia. INTERIOR not inspected.
