House. Late C19 front to early C18 core. Brick; Welsh slate to
front pitch, plain tiles to rear; brick end stacks. E-shaped
plan.
2-storeys; 2-window range: 6/6 sashes in moulded cases under
grooved stucco lintels; deep plastered eaves. Central gabled
brick porch with half-glazed panelled door; flanked by 6/6
sashes as over.
Left returned side roughcast; scalloped barge-boards with
spike-finial. 2 gabled wings to rear: roughcast brick; plain
tiles; brick end stack to left and brick stack between wings.
Shorter wing to right has early C19, 2-light casement to
ground and 1st floors (under cambered head) and early C19
plank door under brick segmental arch, recessed in thick wall.
Further small rendered gabled 2-storey porch wing with C20
plank door and light, and 2 small casements to right returned
side. Left gable has small leaded light, with 2-light casement
to 1st floor of left returned side; small brick stack and
outhouse, to left.
INTERIOR: C19 stairs to front; margin glazed doors; plank
folding door to passage under stairs; coved ceiling; plastered
spine beam; architraves. Attached dwarf brick wall with stone
coping and C18 cast-iron railings with spearheads, and
urn-finials to posts; gate with scrolled arch and screen over.
