Statue of Edmund Burke. Dated 1894. Donated by Sir WH Wills.
Bronze statue of a pointing figure, on a red granite plinth
with moulded top inscribed on the front EDMUND BURKE/
1774-1780/ I WISH TO BE AN MP TO HAVE MY SHARE OF DOING GOOD
AND RESISTING EVIL/ SPEACH AT BRISTOL 1780, and on the back
SIR WH WILLS 1894.
