Terrace of 2 shops. 1868. By CF Rumley. Limestone ashlar,
party wall stacks, roof not visible. Each of 2 storeys and
attic, 3-window range. A short and lower continuation of Royal
Parade (qv), with C20 shop fronts and modillion cornice, 2
strings, bracketed cornice, attic storey with a dentil cornice
to parapet. Semicircular-arched first-floor windows have
moulded jambs and plinths and carved capitals, linked by short
string and carved impost band, and architraves to
segmental-arched second-floor windows; attic has rope
mouldings and raised surrounds to segmental-arched windows.
Plate-glass sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
