Pair of attached houses. Early-mid C19. Limestone ashlar with a slate mansard roof. Double-depth plan. Two storeys; three-window range. No.8 has a mid C19 shop front with right-hand recessed door, consoles and cornice to plate-glass windows; C20 shop front to No.6. Upper pilasters to a moulded coping, with two 6/6-pane sashes and three in the return of No.6, and late C19 tripartite window with raised surround to No.8.
