Attached house. Mid C19. Stucco with limestone dressings,
black render over brick to the sides, roof not visible.
Double-depth plan.
2 storeys and basement; 2-window range. Pilasters to a cornice
and parapet; the right-hand doorway has consoles to a canopy,
a rectangular overlight and 3-panel door; the windows have
stone architraves with shoulders, ears and keys, tripartite on
the ground floor, to sashes with horizontal bars.
INTERIOR: entrance hall to an open-well stair with turned
balusters, modillion cornice and 6-panel doors.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron front area railings have
pineapple finials and a curved gate; steps down to the
basement.
