Pair of attached houses. Early C19. Extended to the right
1987. Stucco with limestone dressings, gable stacks and a
pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style.
2 storeys, attic and cellar; 2-window range. A symmetrical
front has pilaster strips to a moulded coping, with raised
ends. Paired doorways have raised surrounds with imposts,
cornice and raised panels above, rectangular overlights have
metal frames with central round and flanking lozenge panes,
reeded transoms and 6-panel doors with reeded lower panels.
8/8-pane sashes, with a blind central first-floor window.
INTERIOR: central lateral dogleg stair with stick balusters,
ramped rail and column newels; 6-panel doors.
