House. Mid C19. Squared Pennant rubble, limestone dressings,
lateral stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan.
Italianate style. 3 storeys; 2-window range. One of a handed
pair with No.11 (qv); rusticated pilasters, sill and lintel
bands, a panelled frieze and overhanging eaves on stone
brackets. Right-hand C20 doors under a segmental arch. Windows
have detached banded columns on plinths to semicircular rere
arches, with foliate spandrels, cornices and carved lintels;
left-hand canted bays have 4 lights, the rest are paired, to
plate-glass sashes. Slate panels below ground-floor windows.
