Pair of attached houses. c1820. Render with limestone
dressings, party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth
plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 2 storeys and basement;
1-window range with blind windows on party wall. Garden front
has a cornice and parapet, tented balconies to French windows;
Gothick-style railings and ironwork. 8/8-pane sashes and late
C19 2/2-pane sashes. Entrances with panelled doors in the
return blocks. INTERIOR not inspected but noted as having
stick-baluster open-well stair cases with turned newels;
panelled doors in moulded architraves; vestibule arches with
panelled pilasters.
