2 houses, now offices and shop. Late C18 with later alterations. Brick with tile roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 7-window range. Top cornice; flat pilaster to left hand end. 1st 4 windows to 1st floor have rusticated wedge lintels, those to rest have rubbed brick flat arches, over C20 sashes; ground floor has 8-pane tripartite sash and 12-pane sash; 1st floor has 12-pane sashes, those to end 3 windows probably original, end 12-pane tripartite sash; 2nd floor has 6-pane sashes, end 8-pane sash. Entrance has lintel as above, 6-panel door and overlight; central entry has rusticated elliptical arch, plain door and grille over; end C20 double-fronted shop front, small-paned bow windows. C20 wall-mounted lantern and wrought-iron bracket. Rear has C20 range. INTERIOR not inspected. One of a row of Georgian houses in King Street, built after 1751.
