Town house, now shop. Circa late C18 or early C19. Render replacing stucco to front, hipped asbestos slate roof behind parapet. 3 storeys; 2-window front has C20 tripartite hornless sashes with glazing bars and plain band to plain parapet. Ground floor has C20 four-light double shop front with central 6-panel door and overlight; flat end pilasters and fascia with moulded cornice. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
