Town house, including iron railings in front. c1809. By Robert
Blee, builder. Local freestone ashlar front, roof hidden by
parapet. Double-depth plan with 1 room at the front. 3 storeys
over basement; 2-window range. Plinth; round-arched doorway,
on the right, with 6-panel door and plain fanlight, and
shallow segmental arches with projecting keyblocks over late
C19/C20 horned 4-pane sashes; moulded cornice under parapet.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: original simple wrought-iron railings
with urn finials to stanchions on forecourt plinth.
