BANBURY HORSE FAIR SP4540SW (East side) 9/92 No.31 (Kineton House, Lloyds 07/10/69 Bank) (Formerly listed as No.31 (Kineton House)) GV II

House, now bank. Early C19. Stucco. Brick end stacks. Rusticated or ashlared stucco ground floor. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Central entrance has Ionic doorcase and panelled reveals. C20 door. Sashes with stone sills. Flat band between ground floor and first floor. 3 sashes to first floor have moulded stone surrounds and cornices, the central one pedimented. 3 smaller sashes to third floor have moulded stone surrounds. All windows have 4 large panes. Fluted Corinthian flanking pilasters to second and third floors. Moulded cornice. Panelled parapet. Interior not inspected.
