II
House, c1840-50, rendered with ashlar dressings, low pitched slate roof and south end stack. Two-storey, three-window front with 16-pane sashes each side, round-headed centre sash over six-pane door with fanlight in ashlar arched surround with raised imposts and keystone. Flush ashlar quoins and window surrounds. Rear wings.
