Early C18 range of 2 cottages and an outshut. Lacinta is of 1 storey and attic,
3 window range and E outshut, and Pound Cottage comprises 1 storey and attic with
2 bays. E outshut of rubble stone, Lacinta of rubble stone and brick attic and Pound
Cottage is faced with roughcast. A gabled thatched roof covert; both cottages and the
outshut is also thatched. Brick ridge stack. Lacinta has some original 2 light
casements alongside modern fenestration and a plank door with modern glazing. Pound
Cottage has modern diamond glazed windows and a modern plank door.
