Approached by drive on north side of entrance to the Avenue to Ham House. Faces the
Avenue. Late C17 with later extensions. Main block 2-storeys, 5 window bays (2:1:2)
Centre bay projects slightly. Front faced with brown brick. Hipped slated roof on
modillion eaves cornice, pedimented over centre bay; 2 dormers. Central doorway with
bowed, pedimented doorcase.
Later and lower C18 wings to each side with a full height C18 wing to the rear,
forming a 'T'-shaped plan.
Single storey outbuildings to the right.
