Two small houses. Late C17/early C18. Coursed marlstone rubble with squared
quoins and wooden lintels; thatch roof with brick stacks. 2-unit plans. 2
storeys. No.60, to left, has a plank door to right, a 2-light casement to
extreme right, and a large 3-light casement to left of centre; first floor has
casements of 2 and 3 lights. No.59 has a central doorway between leaded
casements (3-light to right and 2-light to left) and has a 2-light leaded
casement at first floor. Left return wall of No.60 has a gable parapet. The 2
stacks flank the higher roof of No.60. Interiors not inspected.
