House now 2 shops and offices. Mid-late C18, extensive C20 alterations.
Coursed, dressed sandstone, Welsh slate roof. 3-storeys; 2-window
gabled entrance front. Chamfered quoins (partly cemented). C20 shop
front incorporates 2 earlier cast-iron columns to either side of door.
Two 2-pane sashes to each upper floor, all in renewed projecting square-
faced surrounds. Rendered gable; shaped kneelers and renewed gable
copings. Left return: shop front to left of original quoined doorway
and pointed stair window, both surrounds cemented; margin lights to
stair window. Renewed brick end stack to left. Addition to front right
not of special interest.

Although much altered forms an important focal point of the village
centre.
