GV II

Detached Farmhouse. Dated AGEG 1613, with incised framing, just left
of centre upper window. Dressed stone walls. Slate roof with stone
gable-copings. C20 brick stacks at left and right hand gables. 2
storeys. 3 windows, 4-light stone mullions (hollow-chamfer) with
separate labels, to ground floor. First floor has 3, 3-light stone
mullions (hollow) with separate labels. Fixed leaded lights to most
windows. Iron casements at first floor. Plank door at centre with
a wooden frame and concrete lintel over. Pair of small triangular-
headed windows in north gable wall. Attached rubble-stone wall to
front of house. Attached rubble stone wall, running for c. 40 metres,
behind house (south-east).
Attached Barn, C19, rubble-stone walls. Slate roof. 2 2-light small
stone windows with 4-centred and triangular heads. Plank barn doors,
at centre.
