Farmhouse. Datestone reads: "WLP/1675", with almost
contemporary extension. Dressed stone with reconstituted
stone roof. 2 storeys. 3 bays, the 1st lower, an extension,
the 3rd bay breaks forward under gable. Base and quoins.
Double-chamfered-mullioned windows have label moulds; ground
floor has 2:5:4-light windows; 1st floor has 2:6:4-light
windows. 3rd bay has 3-light attic window to 3rd bay. 2
brick gable-end stacks and right return lateral stack. Rear
has mullioned windows and C20 lean-to projection to end bay.
Interior has timber-framed partition walls. Large fireplace
has ovolo moulded bressumer on timber posts right side open
to recess with window. Original stair door now blocked. 3rd
bay has angle fireplaces, one 1st floor Tudor-headed stone
fireplace, others probably exist; ovolo moulded beams. 6-
panel door with butterfly hinges at foot of stair.
Extension has large fireplace with bressumer and chamfered
beams with stepped stops.
