House, part of group. Late C18 or early Cl9. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Stone
slate roof with gable copings on carved kneelers. Three storeys. South elevation:
symmetrical facade of 3 bays. Central doorway with fanlight. Large sash to each
side. First and second floors have 3 sashes, possibly formerly 2-light windows with
central mullion removed. To east is former 2 storey cottage now part of No 14.
Slightly later date. Entrance with later single light over. One 3-light stone
mullioned window to right, both floors. Single storey extension to right of no
architectural interest. North elevation: staircase window consisting of 3 tiers of
2-light stone mullioned windows.
