Steeply pitched late C20 tile roof (formerly thatched), with 5 late C20 gabled dormers. Blue brick shafts on stone based stacks to ridge and end. 2 storeys and attics. 6 window range. 2 entrances have panelled timber doors with four centred arches and hood moulds with label stops; Gardener's Cottage removed one bay to left. Ground floor has six 2- or 3-light stone chamfered mullion windows with hood moulds and label stops; some old glass. Similar 1st floor windows. mostly with Limber frames and mullions. Left hand return, 3 storeys of similar windows having 3, 2, and 1 light; right hand return 1 2-light casement above single store outbuilding. Some C18 casements to rear. Interior of Wyatt's End not inspected: interior of Gardner's Cottage altered but retains plain panelling beneath front ground floor window and plain panelled folding shutters with bar; some old roof timbers. Included for group value.
