GV II

House. Late C18 with C19 alterations and additions. Squared coursed ironstone.
Steeply pitched red tile roof. Blue brick ridge stack on stone base. Brick end
stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 2-window range. Entrance approximately
central has C20 door, moulded wood frame and wood lintel. C20 porch. Entrance is
flanked by 3-light metal casements with wood lintels. First floor has two
similar windows. Wrought-iron casement fasteners and springs. 2 gabled roof
dormers. Ironstone quoins. Bargeboards. Finial.
