Early C19 3 storey detached stuccoed villa. The 2nd floor probably later
addition. Low pitch gable end slate roof. The front has 2 large bows,
on ground and 1st floors, of 2 windows each, recessed sashes, glazing
bars intact/ 2 two light casements 2nd floor. 1st floor tent roof trellis
balcony follows line of bows. Supported on iron geometric patterned brackets.
Later 2 storey wing with later C19 sash window and 2-light casements.
Picturesque.

Eglatine, Littlecourt Hotel, Seafield and Seacourt form a group.
