SY 49 NE NETHERBURY WAYTOWN

7/175 Waytown Farmhouse

II

Detached Farmhouse. Early C17. Rubble-stone walls with rendered
upper storey. Thatch roof with gable ends. Brick stacks: left of
centre and at right hand gable. 2 storeys. 5 windows, 3- and
4-light wooden casements, with iron opening lights. Stone surround
to window at right hand ground, now without mullions. Doorway,
approximately at centre, plank with one glass light, C19. Thatch
porch canopy over carried on two posts. Interior: deep-chamfered
ceiling-beams at right hand ground.
