Detached Farmhouse. Early Cl9. Red brick walls, in Flemish bond.
Slate roof with stone gable-copings. Rendered stacks at the gables.
2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing-bars, good gauged-brick
arch-heads. Stone cills. Front door at centre, panelled with
panel reveals. Semi-circular fanlight with glazing-bars, early C19.
Pentice-roofed outshut possibly part of former farmhouse.
