Water-Mill and attached house, in one range. Early C19. The mill :
rubble-stone walls. Slate and stone slab roof with stone gable-
copings. Stone bell-cote at left hand, gable with ball-finial. No
bell. 3 storeys. 3 windows, 3-light casements and glazing-bars.
segmental stone arches over. Ground floor at centre, 2-leaf door,
plank. Loft door over, plank. C19. Mill-wheel, formerly on end
wall. Turbine still in working order.

Attached House, c.1800. Stone walls, rendered and scored. Slate
roof with gable end at right hand. Renewed brick stacks, left of
centre, and right of centre on ridge. 2 storeys. 5-6 windows,
sashes with thin glazing-bars and stone cills. 2- and 3-light wooden
casements at right hand end. Canted C19 bay window at ground floor
left. Large panes and glazing-bars. Front door, approximately at
centre, recess-panelled with a segmental-pointed head, C20. segmental
wooden canopy over, carried on wooden brackets.
