Farmhouse. Late C17; restored 1885. Render on coursed and random rubble;
freestone dressings and flush ashlar quoins; hipped Cotswold stone slate roof,
coved eaves cornice; restored ashlar stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys, cellars and
attics. 3 bays: 2-light cross windows with edge moulded mullions and surrounds,
in an outer bolection on the first floor; central 2-light casement on the first
floor. Moulded string course over the ground floor. 3 windows to rear or west
wing; one glazing bar sash on first floor to left. Central 8-panel door in a
bolection moulded surround and under a square overlight; similar blocked doorway
in east gable end. Rear lean-to. Interior: first floor rear room in the wing
has a bolection moulded fire surround. The farm is on the site of a Roman
building.
