House. c1600 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame with
brick infill, tile roof. L-plan, wings extending north and west each of
two framed bays, stack at junction with three brick shafts, two set
diagonally. Two storeys, attic to east/west wing; east front: two windows;
4-light window with Cl7 ovolo mullions to left, 2-light casement to right;
four windows to ground floor: 2-light casements except that to right of one
light, door to left of single-light window, gabled casement over entrance,
late C19 studded door. Framing: cross-wing to left three square panels
high to first floor with tension braces, close-studded on ground floor,
to right four square panels high, straight tension braces to ground floor.
