Pike Cottage

A Grade II Listed Building in Broadway, Worcestershire

Pike Cottage (formerly Turnpike House) Broadway

Uploader's Comments

Pike Cottage was formerly known as Turnpike House. The road between Evesham and the summit of Fish Hill became a Toll road as a result of legislation in 1728. The cottage is constructed of mellow Cotswold stone beneath a traditional Cotswold slate roof with timber leaded light casement windows. The property was extended and remodelled in 2007, creating a beautiful home with versatile split-level accommodation and features fine oak joinery, doors and flooring
