Court Cottages

GV II

Two attached Cottages. Mid C19. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof,
hipped. Large brick stack at left hand ridge. 2 storeys. North
elevation: blank wall, plank door with segmental head, 2 bays of
2-light cast-iron casements, design being 3 tiers of lozenge lights
joined at their points by vertical bars. Segmental brick window
heads and wooden cills. No 1 Court Cottage has a plank door
entrance at rear. West elevation has a 5-light cast-iron casement
with wide segmental brick arch over. 3-light casement above this.
