6/48 The Pigeon House

Detached Villa. Early C19. Stone walls, stoccoed, with a plat band between
the storeys. Slate roof, hipped. Rebuilt stacks (concrete block), left and
right of centre. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with thin glazing-bars, C19.
External wooden window shutters. Rendered porch at centre with pilaster
corners. 2-leaf 6-panel door, C20. Fanlight over with glazing-bars. House
has long rear block, with 5 windows, later C19 sashes, to south elevation.
