Chest tomb. Early C19. Limestone. Flat top with moulded edge, moulded base,
lyre ends east and west with swags and acanthus, blank shields, 2 oval panels to
north with garlands and trumpet left and right. Earliest decipherable date to
Rebecca Brookman, 1813. One of a pair of Brookman monuments, the other (q.v.)
lies about a metre due south.
