2 houses. C17 or earlier, timber frame with C17 red brick
exterior, extended N (Yewtree Cottage) and re-windowed mid C19.
"Back Lodge" has old tile roof and part weatherboarded, part
plaster, S gable with 2, large, exposed posts. 2 storeys with
various, small, C19 casements on E. Entrance elevation on W has
central, latticework, tile hung porch and bracketed, tiled porch
on N. 3-light, 2-pane casements to 3 window upper floor.
Yewtree Cottage is in yellow/red stock brick with slate roof, 2
storeys. Triple casements on front and back. E side has
latticework and bracketed porches, both tile hung.
