and cottage

Farmhouse and cottage under one roof. Probably late C17. Roughcast render over
rubble with protruding through stones. Graduated greenslate roof. 4 chimneys
at ridge with round shafts, the northernmost of which has paired shafts; 1
square chimney at eaves level to rear. 2 storeys. T-shaped plan. Oak boarded
door with iron studs under gabled porch with slate roof; 2 casements and 1 fixed-
light window to ground floor, 3 casements above, all with glazing bars.
Interior has old beams, staircase with turned balusters and fragments of C17
panelling including a panel date 1674. The majority of the panelling is C20 oak
panelling to match the original. Cottage in extension to East totally
refurbished in C20.
