Circa 1820 3 storey rough cast house (2nd floor possibly later). Low
pitch hipped slate roof. Shallow eaves cornice. 2 window symmetrical
front to road, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact, right hand windows
a pane wide, thin block sills, pierced shutters added. Recessed door
of 6 panels, 4 glazed, moulded head, delicate radial swagged wrought iron
work in rectangular fanlight. Deep panelled reveals and soffit. Architrave
case flanked by strips with fluted scrolled brackets supporting entablature
of reeded frieze and small dentil cornice. 2 window south garden front,
marginally glazed French windows ground floor with cornices over, later
one storey extension. Single storey with wing with low pitch gable end
slate roof. C19 wood casements.
