(Formerly the Vicarage). Detached house restored or rebuilt circa 1840.
(Original building burnt out 1812). 2 storeys colour washed stucco.
Hipped slate roof, overhanging eaves on shaped brackets. South front
symmetrical: 3 window 1st floor, 4 full length on ground floor, recessed
sashes glazing bars intact. Glazed roof verandah on graceful platted
iron columns, paired to centre. Entrance to side in enclosed porch with
pilasters and entablature, details obscured by roughcasting. 3 window
on 1st floor to this front 2 on ground floor to left of entrance. The
house is set back from road in large garden. Now divided into flats.
