(Formerly the Vicarage). Detached house restored or rebuilt circa 1840. (Original building burnt out 1812). Two storeys colour washed stucco. Hipped slate roof, overhanging eaves on shaped brackets. South front symmetrical: three window first floor, four full length on ground floor, recessed sashes glazing bars intact. Glazed roof verandah on graceful platted iron columns, paired to centre. Entrance to side in enclosed porch with pilasters and entablature, details obscured by roughcasting. Three window on first floor to this front two on ground floor to left of entrance. The house is set back from road in large garden.

Now divided into flats.
