II

Farmhouse, now house. Early C17, south end rebuilt C19, C20 extensions.
Thatched, half hipped roof, ridge chimneys to North of centre and North,
side chimney on East wall. Flint walls with brick dressings and stone quoins
to North, timber clad lean-to on North. 3 structural bays North to South
with C20 single storey extension to West. 2 storeys. East elevation:
battered chimney standing proud of wall to left, two 4 light casements on
1st floor, 3 irregular casements on ground floor with door opposite ridge
door to left of ground floor, wide casement to right. Interior, tall
queen post trusses and thin curved braces exposed at first floor, both
floors have C17 fireplaces, that on ground floor having chamfered stone jambs
and arched lintal.
