House, now shop. Mid C18 with evidence of earlier structure.
Stuccoed brick with some remaining timber-framing : central
partition to upper floors and right end gable; tile roof with
coped left gable. L-plan. 3 storeys; 4-window range. C20
shopfront. Upper floors have widely separated pairs of sashed
windows, altered 8/12-pane sashes to 1st floor, 12-pane sashes
to 2nd floor. INTERIOR: 1st floor front rooms have C18 plaster
cornices; C18 staircase to 2nd floor and attic has turned
balusters and moulded handrail.
