Early-mid C19. Originally fish store with net loft above. Rubble, now
roughcast. 3 storeys. 4 sash windows without glazing bars, segmental
arches, loft doors have been blocked. Small modern shop front. Slate
roof With hipped end. Included for group value only.

All the listed buildings in Oliver's Quay together with Nos 7 and 9 Cliff
Street form a group.
