Back to road. Early C19, Front, painted stone rubble. 2 storeys, 6 windows
(two on 1st floor blocked), sashes with glazing bars. Large glazed porch
to No 25. Slate hipped roofs. No 23 cement-washed, Included for group
value.

Nos 23, 25 and 33 form a group with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) River Terrace
and Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Elm Terrace.
