Early C19. Stone rubble with granite quoins. 3 storeys. 3 windows,
sashes with glazing, segmental brick arches. Central panelled door, plain
rectangular fanlight. Blocked doorway to left. South elevation to street,
3 storeys, 2 sash windows with glazing bars, red brick window dressings.
Slate hipped roof. Included for group value.

Nos 5 to 11 (odd) and 15 together with No 5 River Terrace form a group.
