Mid C19 (built between 1837 and 1849), terrace in Gothick style fronting
east. Nos 1A, 2 and 3, 3 storeys; Nos 4 and 5, 2 storeys. Two windows each. Slate roofs with stucco ridge stacks. Stucco with string at 1st floor level. Mullioned, 2-light sash windows with arched lights, glazing bars and
hoodmoulds. Arched doorways with ogee hoodmoulds, patterned fanlights and panelled doors. No 6 St Mary's Place forms part of this group.
