C1850 detached villa of 2 storeys red brick with stucco Italianate trim.
Three bay symmetrical front. Plinth; channelled quoins; entablature
between storeys, bed mould to eaves frieze. Hipped slate roof with flat
eaves on spaced shaped brackets. Fenestration consists of marginal glazed
sashes, those on ground floor in eared architrave surrounds with coupled
consoles supporting cornices set above window heads; those on first floor
with balustrades of interlocking wheel pattern, flanking pilasters with
fielded blocks below caps, archivolt arches with panelled floral spandrels
and moulded break in eaves frieze bed mould. Central stucco porch with
fielded blocks below impost string to archivolt arch, large fielded spandrels
and fielded panel to frieze below course, cut by large keystone. Double
panelled round headed porch door and glazed lobby door.
