Formerly two warehouses. Right hand part early-mid C19. Painted rubble,
3 storeys and attic, 2 windows, steel casements, replaced sashes, central
loft doors, coped gabled, slate roof. North elevation has 7 sash windows
with glazing bars, 5 dormer gables. Left hand part, C18, 3 storeys, canted
corner to left, 3 or 4 casements per floor, slate roof, (top floor windows
replaced by steel casements). Included for group value.

All the listed buildings on the west side of The Harbour form a group.
