No.30. House. Early C19. Brick; Welsh slate roof; brick end
stack. Lobby-entry plan. 3-storeys and cellar; 2-window range:
6/6 sashes under segmental arches, with wrought-iron window
box guards; 3/3 sashes over. Entrance to left: steps and
handrail to 6-panel door in panelled case, under moulded flat
hood on fluted pilasters.
No.31. House. Early C19. Brick; shallow pitched Welsh slate
roof; brick stack to front. 3-storeys; single-window range:
late C19, 2/2 sash under segmental arch; 6/6 sash in moulded
case over; C20 door and doorcase to left, in partly blocked
opening; 6/6 sash to right; under gauged brick segmental
arches.
No.32. House. Early C19. Brick; Welsh slate roof; brick ridge
stack and stack to rear. 3-storeys; 2-window range: 6/6 sashes
with broad glazing bars and moulded cases, under gauged brick
segmental arches; similar 3/3 sashes over; moulded wood eaves.
Entrance to right, under moulded flat hood on reeded consoles
and pilasters; two 6/6 sashes to left, with broad glazing bars
and moulded cases, under gauged brick segmental arches.
Passage to cottage at rear.
